From Monday, Sept 21st- Monday, Oct. 26th I am running a BOOK SPINE POETRY CONTEST to celebrate SASKATCHEWAN LIBRARY WEEK (Oct 18-24). The theme is “DARE TO KNOW”.
WHAT IS BOOK SPINE POETRY?
Book Spine Poetry is a free verse poem composed by:
There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, ($20, $30, $50 gift cards for Chapters). The Page Turners and I will decide the winners. In addition, the top poems will be entered into the SAME BIG contest being put on by the Sask Library Association. The Grand Prize for the SLA contest is a $100 Chapters Gift Card.
